This is a photo of a rose covered in ash in the town of Esquel, Chubut, Argentina. The ash has come from the eruption of the volcano Chaiten in the town of Chaiten in Chile, which occurred May 2nd 2008.
My parents say there is ash everywhere, i can believe.
The people of Chaiten were evacuated to the island of Chiloe on the pacific coast, they had to leave their pets and animals.
It makes me sad. it is nature.
