Zalia is 3 months (13 weeks)
Three months have gone fast very quickly. I can not believe it, but it has been relatively easy apart from the mastitis. Joaquin has been a wonderful big brother and loves his sister so much, always kissing her so much.
She is very bright and alert, does not cry much. Does not sleep too much during the day a few hours here and there. Does sleep ok at night and lately has been in a routine where Jas baths her at around 8pm, and then i feed her and put her in her moses to sleep. She is still in her moses near my bed but we also have her cot ready in the room. She usually is asleep by 9.30pm and the last few night has been waking up at 3.30 or 4am so sleeping a lot (more than other nights). However last night she woke up at 1 for a feed and did not go back to sleep till 3am, she was upset and I had a bad headache. She may have a small cold as we all have a cold or flu.
In terms of milestones, she smiles now and then but is still very serious. She follows everyone around with her eyes and is very alert. She used her hands to move the red rolling ball on the cot mobile which was amazing. Jas showed her how to do it and she did it straight away. She is very bright and placid.
I am feeling much stronger and fitter and have started walking.
Joaquin has started a new preschool and it is near the Randwick shops and he is doing very well, and I like it alot. The teachers are good, the atmosphere is nice, it is brand new and he has friends that go there already.
