- Run 2-3 times this week (Monday, Wednesday and or Friday)

- Dust bedside table and declutter
- Clean desk
- get rid of clutter around the house
- Do online grocery and order
- Write in Blog
- Write about holidays and add photos blog
- Write chapters for book
- Intermittent fast
- Dust and clean floors
- Stay calm and be happy
