Pesach and Pasqua in Patagonia

We had Pesach and most of it was my parents Lelo and Lela's doing.
They made fish balls, fried fish balls, chicken pate, baked chicken, baked veges, home made matzah bread, fish ball soup, beetroot dip, eggplant dip. It was all very relish.
My parents made kraim from using radish growing in the garden.

We also celebrated easter, with a lot of chocolate. and dippy eggs and soldier toast for breakfast. We had baked salmon (from the Pacific Chile) and chips and peas for dinner on Sunday Night.
