INTENTIONS FOR THE WEEK: 2 November-8 November

  • Stay healthy
  • EAT HEALTHY
  • DRINK WATER
  • Do laundry and put clothes away
  • Wash sheets and make beds
  • Therapy Sunday mornings
  • Clean bedroom
  • Swim in the ocean or Wylies (pool closed)
  • Do illustrations for Book
  • Teach Tuesday
  • Exercise Monday- Friday
  • Run 2-3 times this week (Only ran Friday 6 Nov)
  • clean out fridge
  • Dust bedside table and declutter
  • Clean desk
  • get rid of clutter around the house
  • Do online grocery and order
  • Write in Blog
  • Write about holidays and add photos blog
  • Write chapters for book
  • Intermittent fast
  • Dust and clean floors
  • Stay calm and be happy
  • ask for help when I need it
  • Work get files from UNSW (in process)
  • Put mattress out on 5th November for pick up
  • Take halloween decorations down
