Swimming in November 2020

 This morning I met some friends my exercise friends at Queens Park. I made kids breakfast and lunches and Z fed Luna. Luna is a great little dog she is good natured, loves food and is very intelligent. We are so lucky to have her,.

Then i got a lift home and had some lunch with J. We swam 1km. I felt really good afterwards and cherish these swims.
